Transportation organizations are facing new challenges
in information management and regulatory compliance because of the implementation
of the Homeland Security Act and the growing expectations of the public

through the selection, design and implementation of information technology
tools that allow transportation agencies to harness the power of existing
technology to better meet the regulatory requirements and the needs of the
publics they serve.
